Can Ed's PMH become radiant energy device like a Tesla Coil

I came across this video and it make me ponder if Ed's PMH could become a device that creates wireless energy. Looking forward to your respones.

Well magnetism is sorta a wireless energy

This has to be Eds PMH and his U shape permanent magnet

For the PM to work, figure out how he reconnected it to the Earth's magnetic current. "Fasten the U shape permanent magnet very good, bend up, prongs down, North Pole North. South Pole South."
