Florida’s Stonehenge is suing Epic Games over Coral Castle

Epic Games added a virtual Coral Castle, a stone structure that’s essentially Atlantis, in its new Fortnite season.

Coral Castle is looking to the court for monetary damages associated with the confusion between the two, and for using the trademark without permission.

Unless I'm missing something this looks frivolous to me as there doesn't seem to be much resemblance to Coral Castle.

Perhaps it is just about the name, which in itself is funny because they used the name from elsewhere as well ....Hopefully any like models of the sites will be safe under their original given names...
