This has nothing to do with Eds works, it is a form of spam. Its just a report on fishing violations committed by Korean fisheries along with satellites observing oceanic properties such as winds and waves . It shows oceanic wave heights some of which obtained by Ku band radars, wind speeds and various RF signals and things related to fishing, unfortunately the people posting this didn't point out were the anomalies are if there are any serous ones at all and the topic should be deleted.

Perhaps it details the fact that oceanic waves of huge proportions can be generated with certain secret technologies and these satellites picked it up and the report listed them as anomalies resulting tsunamis in Japan and similar things.

Nothing to do with Eds work. Make a
Library --> Misc
section for this and similar oddities I suppose.
