The Universal laws of Constancy

The constancy of the speed of light irrespective of its source velocity in vacuo or a medium like air or water isn’t just any constant; it’s a jumbo colossus constant
Even though this is apparently illogical, it is irrefutably factual, therefore it must be logical. Today we base our physics on this logical illogicality; and since the essence of this is its constancy, then it becomes a priori that an element of constancy is absolutely present in everything. Thus we can reinterpret physics emphasising constancy.

• Constancy permeates the universe.
  
• Light must (cannot do anything else but) travel at a constant velocity irrespective of its source speed or the speed of its receiver.
  
• Every body must (cannot do anything else but) travel at a constant velocity until acted upon by an external force.
  
• Every electron must (cannot do anything else but) maintain a constant charge irrespective of its speed.
  
• Every electron moving at a constant speed must (cannot do anything else but) maintain a constant magnetism.
  
• Every quark must (cannot do anything else but) maintain constant up-ness or down-ness irrespective of its speed.
  
• Free space is constant space.
  
• Constant space is either constant nothing or constant chaos.
  

For nearly one and a half centuries science has held that free space is constant nothing where magnets and charges affect each other via constant supernatural magic forces.

Constant chaotic free space gives logical reasons for these forces which organise the chaos in their respective ways.

Njwildberger discusses the measurement scheme called special relativity in the Newtonisn guise of bat behaviour. His insightful comment that the curious results are a consequence of the measurement system are not usually considered by the general engineer. The department of weights and measures is left unscrutinised .

To measure the speed of light I have to have a relative reference frame. That frame is assumed fixed. In that frame I ascertain a quantity.
Whether I do that with a laser on earth, or by measuring the timing of the Jovian moons it is always relative to a fixed reference frame.

The blue and red shifts help to confirm a constant characteristic in the luminiferous aether within that fixed reference frame.
Thus Einsteins postulate was a Mathematicl constraint that replaced the aether specifically by a constancy characteristic of the aether.

However the assertion that light speed is a physical limit on dynamical speed is unfounded. For all measurement systems using this constant the mathematics is worked out. The logarithmic or inverse square root laws do not reflect reality but the limitation of our applied measuring system.
We assume for example that rail lines converge at the horizon, but when a probe is sent to that position in our reference frame we find the tracks are as parallel as when the engineers laid them!
So wherever we ho we will find the relative speed of light in the aether is the same, and no time dilation or length shortening actually occurs locally. It is an apparent topology due to our systems of reference and measurement.
