"Many of these technologies are based on principles of advanced physics, and include, but are not limited to — over-unity devices, magnet motors, cold fusion, vortex, zero-point and advanced hydrogen."
It's encouraging to see an energy breakthrough conference of this type being held outside of the U.S. featuring legitimate speakers of a seemingly much higher caliber than those from the mainstream free energy cannon. Gamble's 'Thrive', Greer's reverse engineered UFO propulsion technology, and the likes, have continued to lose credibility throughout the realm of real alternative energy research. Even Kaku is drawing a lot of criticism for his what appears to many as propaganda laden presentations.
There are though a few concerns - the majority of the terms the conference organizers are associating with these breakthrough's originated in a realm where no real breakthroughs have occurred. For instance zero-point energy, toted heavily by Greer, is completely misleading, perhaps by design, to confuse or conceal a much simpler truth.
"Terms such as zero point energy, energy from the vacuum, free energy, etc. are misnomers in a sense. The fact is we can get electricity in only two ways. We can extract it from bound matter or we can extract it from the Earth's magnetic field. All generators that use coils are nothing more than magnetic energy extraction devices. Some are more efficient at extracting the energy from the Earth's magnetic field than others, but they all do the same thing." — Matt Emery
