Guys, have you ever noticed the sixteen cardinal points for the general directions and in comparison to "Sweet Sixteen"? I strongly believe that's where Ed was pointing to; to get the most magnets from the best alignments to the 16 directions or he somehow centered his property to where the concentration would be best.
